Current Full-Time Openings

1. Speech Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech and language disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to children, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's communication development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children with speech and language disorders preferred.

2. Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Assess children's fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to address children's functional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support children's participation in classroom activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • State licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.

3. ABA Therapist

Responsibilities:​

  • Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to support children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Collect data on children's behavior and progress toward treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications:​

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
  • Experience implementing ABA interventions with children preferred.

4. Special Educator

Responsibilities:​​

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs.
  • Provide direct instruction and support to children with diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's academic and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:​​

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
  • State teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred.

5. Clinical Psychologist

Responsibilities:​​​
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify children's strengths and areas of need.
  • Provide recommendations for educational interventions and support services based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support children's social-emotional development and academic success.
Qualifications:​​
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
  • Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) preferred.
  • Experience conducting assessments with children preferred.
